Basic Coating Inspector
Completing the Coatings Inspector Program (CIP) Level 1 course is the first step in obtaining Basic Coatings Inspector certification. The CIP Level 1 course provides basic knowledge of coating materials, surface preparation and application techniques, and inspection testing and documentation.
After successfully completing your Base Coatings Inspector certification, you will be able to perform base coating inspections on steel substrates using non-destructive testing and instrumentation.
